Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative Lender! The CSR Lender’s main objective is to grow the deposit & consumer loan base of the branch. Their primary role is to develop customer relationships through legendary customer service and create opportunities to cross sell loans and retail banking products. The position will travel between both Ellinwood and Great Bend branches. Work hours will vary from 7:45 am – 5 pm or 9 am – 6 pm. We are looking for candidates to work 30-35 hours per week.
